We had a great experience with T Smith Plumbing. Our situation was that we bought a house and unfortunately wound up being left with plumbing problems that were supposed to have been fixed. Tony and his employees worked hard to correctly diagnose the problem and fix it for good at a fair price. They kept us informed throughout the process, which I believe is a sign of an honest company. As newer residences of Gaston County who are unfamiliar with local companies, I am certainly glad we decided to call them. Highly recommend!

Thanks to Tony I now have the designer 1/2 bath I always wanted downstairs adjacent to our den. H is more than just a plumber. When incorrect parts were sent, he made trips to Lows to make sure the right parts were re-ordered. When the job called for extra work due to mounting faucets on the wall, he was “Tony on the spot”. He stayed with the job from conception to completion. I now have the beautiful bathroom I always wanted plus a “plumber friend” that I will call again and again.

I was in need of water I was not having any water pressure . I ask if I could get someone today to come look at the pump to see what's wrong I was told they where very busy .but would do there best to get someone out late that afternoon ..the guy called me back in an hour and said he was on his way ..the man asked what the pump was doing .he told me while I was standing there without even looking as said it isn't the pump its your bladder he had it fixed in an hour and its working fine now ..and I had called rock well out of rock hill the guy told me it was the pump and that without even coming out he was telling me I need a new pump which was going to cost me around two or 3 thousand which wasn't the case..if you want honest rates and people who know the problem call tony plumbing

Tony and Team helped us with an emergency plumbing issue on a Sunday. We were quite stressed, but Tony talked us off the ledge and had one of his guys out within the hour. The plumber Tony sent out was very friendly, professional, found the problem immediately. He talked us through every step of what he was doing, and even cleaned up behind himself (brought his own broom and vacuum!). An exceptional experience with an exceptional Team. Tony Smith plumbing is the standard of excellence and professionalism we will gauge other plumbers by, not that we would ever use another plumber unless Tony retires.
